I had a really good time doing my divemaster at Poseidon divers. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with 100% professional staff. Diving in Dahab is world class and to be able to spend more than a month here with Poseidon divers made these weeks a memory for life. Booked my husband in here for a try dive in August and we returned in October for his open water and advanced open water.
Instructors are very professional and thorough, definitely gave me the impression that if you weren't up to the grade then they wouldn't pass you. Many thanks to Dave, Jackie and also Andy who was taking his divemaster course.
We had a few days in Sharm at the end of our holiday and we booked a boat trip so he could dive there. Instructor in Sharm was very impressed that we had gone to Poseidon and he confirmed that they are well known for their excellent standards.
I found Poseidon to be exceptionally well organized and helpful both before I got to Dahab, and during my entire stay. The dive centre itself is run very professionally by experienced and friendly staff, who could not do enough to facilitate some fantastic diving - I completed the Advanced Open Water course and also did several fun dives - I cannot recommend Poseidon strongly enough, and will definitely be booking with them again. The best dive centre by far for rec diving in Dahab; friendly, professional and, most importantly, fun!
Although we didn't have a clear diving plan prior to our arrival, the Poseidon team was very flexible, friendly and welcoming. Every dive was a unique and fun experience. If you are looking for a professional, relaxing and enjoyable diving experience in Dahab, Poseidon is the best choice. Already looking forward to our next visit!
I concur with all the amazing reviews. They perfectly capture my experience of a professional, yet fun and relaxed diving environment. One thing that I would add--and which I highly value--is that Poseidon is also ethical diving: extreme respect for aquatic life and environment. Just perfect.
